How to create a pollinator friendly garden and more.
Spanish Language
Communication itself is such a beautiful power. When it happens between different cultures is one of the most incredible experiences in life, in my opinion. I really appreciate when people feel the desire to connect with the Spanish speaking cultures because it brings a lot of incredible experiences to their lives. It’s a joy for me helping them to create a bridge which can make that possible.
I completed my studies as a "Profesor de Lengua y Literatura" in 2005. Since 2006 I've been teaching Spanish as a second language, first in a private school in Buenos Aires (2 years) and then I taught as a freelancer in many countries. I have 16 years of experience in teaching, I’ve helped almost 300 students, and I like to do this more and more. Between 2008 and 2019 my teaching method focused on dynamic communication because lessons used to be in real situations: supermarkets, museums, parks, cafes, cinemas, etc. Since 2020, I have tried to transfer this dynamic to online classes, by creating situations similar to reality and directing communication towards the potential adventures of students in a new language.
My style depends on the needs and possibilities of each student. I would say I have a pretty versatile style, but I always try to ensure that the classes are pleasant and that "learning" has a strong relationship with "enjoying". I like to build a personal relationship with each student. And when I say "tailor made classes", I really mean it. I offer a very dynamic and fun method in which we use: videos, songs, interactive exercises, online games, audios and professional and friendly support to clear up any doubts about how our language works. Many of my students have become good friends of mine.
Life keeps me inspired. Every time I wait for a student on Zoom, I have big expectations about what is going to happen. Over the weeks we talk a lot about life in different parts of the world and I find it very inspiring. It motivates me when my students are improving their skills.
